This two story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has two bedrooms with Queen beds and one bedroom with a Queen bed and an extra long twin bed. There is a full size futon on the main floor and a roll away bed that can be placed in any room. The main floor living/dining area is spacious, with rich dark wood floors. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer , a microwave, a dishwasher, and a 5 burner gas stove. There is a drip coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, tea pot, blender, mixer, new Calphalon cookware, a propane gas grill outside, and place settings for 10+. Our WiFi was recently upgraded to 15GB and runs very smooth with simple tasks like emailing, browsing, Netflix etc. There is a one page sheet on the kitchen bar with a few other details to make your stay comfortable. The house sits on beautiful property with a pleasant mix of hardwoods & evergreens and many quiet sounds of nature. Outside the back door you will find a large children's play gym (with adult swings) on sand as well as a trampoline, a horse shoe pit and a volleyball court on sand. (Regarding the trampoline, we have a rule of no more than 2 at a time and all children should be supervised. If any injury or accident should occur, we, the hosts, will not be held liable) There is also quick easy access behind the house through the trail to a quiet cul-de-sak where roller blading, biking or walking can take place.
